Mike FongAs a lifelong Angeleno, Mike currently works for Los Angeles City Councilmember Ed Reyes as a Field Deputy covering the communities of Chinatown, Lincoln Heights, Montecito Heights, and Solano Canyon. As a grassroots activist and volunteer on the campaigns of Assemblymembers Mike Eng, Warren Furutani, and Ted Lieu, Mike has had the opportunity to work with various local Democratic clubs and activists to register voters, fight for Democratic values on the campaign trail, and mobilize voters. Active in the community, Mike is a board member of the Asian Pacific Alumni of UCLA, Organization of Chinese Americans Greater Los Angeles chapter, New Leaders Council Los Angeles chapter, and the Los Angeles City Employees Asian American Association.
Mike graduated from UCLA with a B.S. Degree in Psychobiology and a Minor in Education. Highlights from his political career and contributions to the advancement of the API community include:
