“The California Democratic Party Asian Pacific Islander Caucus proudly applauds President Obama’s historic decision to ensure fairness, justice, and family unity in fixing our broken immigration system.
“The President’s action is a giant leap forward to strengthen border security, protect families, and ensure that hardworking immigrants who qualify are brought out of the shadows without fear of deportation. This is a critical turning point in opening the door for comprehensive immigration reform.
